OWNER OPERATOR:
With an initial investment of $5,000 to be paid at the time of ordering (to be done by end of June) we will assist you in setting up your mall cart for the season with the correct stock. Usually you will receive 7-8 main sales items which are high quality slippers and constitute 80% of the sales volume. The other 20% is made up of pelts, socks, steering wheel covers, seat belt covers, etc. Our support services are available during the Christmas season and our re-stock lines are fast.
MANAGERS:
Managers work in conjunction with Francis Enterprises on a profit sharing basis. No investment is required. We select our Managers from a wide spectrum of applicants with backgrounds in management, sales and human resources. The most important quality is liking to deal with people, a high communications level and an honest wish to provide full customer satisfaction. During November, December and up to mid January a manager is BUSY.
SALES ASSOCIATES:
Sales Associates are hired on a temporary basis mostly from mid-November through January. We do pay above average for good performance and reliable production.
